Office IT & internet in Nepal
Your office, connected.
We plan, install and look after the internet, Wi-Fi, security and IT systems your team needs, so you can open on time and stay online.
Kathmandu's street wiring is famously creative. Inside your office, it will be boringly neat.

What we take care of
Everything your office runs on, as one system.
Planned together, installed by one team and documented so your own IT people can take it from there.
- Internet
We find out which providers actually reach your building, handle the application and installation, and add a second connection so one outage doesn't stop work.
Fibre · leased lines · automatic failover
- Network & Wi-Fi
Structured cabling, switches and business-grade Wi-Fi planned around your floor, with separate networks for staff, guests and devices.
Cabling · switches · access points · separate networks
- Security & remote access
A proper firewall, secure VPN links to head office, and access rules that match your company's IT policy.
Firewall · VPN · backups
- Servers & cloud
Local servers and storage where they make sense; cloud email and files where they don't. Always backed up, always documented.
Servers · storage · Microsoft 365 · Google Workspace
- Phones, cameras & doors
Office phones, meeting-room video, CCTV and door access, set up as one tidy system rather than five separate ones.
Internet phones · video meetings · CCTV · access control
- Support
Monitoring, on-site visits and one person to call when something breaks. Monthly plans, or help only when you need it.
Monitoring · on-site visits · support plans
Every cable we install is labelled, documented and tidy. We promise not to add to this.

Two providers. One firewall.
Outages happen everywhere, Nepal included. So we usually connect your office to two internet providers.
If the main line drops, the firewall moves your traffic to the backup on its own. Most people won't notice.
Field notes
Things worth knowing about IT in Nepal.
Small details that catch out teams from abroad. We plan around every one of them.
- 01
UTC+5:45. Yes, really.
Nepal is five hours and forty-five minutes ahead of UTC. We schedule calls in your morning or evening and keep a shared timeline, so nothing waits on a time zone.
- 02
The week runs Sunday to Friday.
Saturday is the day off, and big festivals such as Dashain and Tihar close many businesses for days. We plan installs and handovers around both.
- 03
Two calendars.
Official documents use Bikram Sambat, roughly 56 years and 8 months ahead of the Gregorian calendar. We put both dates on anything you need to sign.
- 04
Coverage changes street by street.
Fibre is common in the cities, but which providers reach your building, and how quickly, varies. We check your address before we promise a date.
- 05
Plan for power.
Long scheduled power cuts are largely a thing of the past, but outages still happen. Critical equipment gets a UPS and, where it matters, backup power.
- 06
Some kit is better bought here.
Import duties and shipping can make bringing equipment slower and dearer than buying locally. We'll tell you what to bring and what to buy.
How it works

Questions
What people usually ask first.
- We're not in Nepal yet. Can you still do this?
- Yes. Most clients plan and approve everything remotely. We handle site visits, providers and installers here, and send photos and short reports as we go.
- Can you work with our head-office IT team?
- Happily. We follow your standards and security policies, share documentation, and join calls with your team whenever it helps.
- Do you supply the equipment?
- We can source it locally or install what you send. We'll price both, because bringing kit in sometimes costs more than buying it here.
- How long does an internet connection take?
- It depends on the building and the provider. We check coverage at your address first, give you an honest timeline and start the application early.
- What happens after go-live?
- You get documentation, passwords handed over properly and a named contact. Monitoring and support plans are there if you want them.
- How do you price?
- After the survey we send a fixed, written quote with equipment, labour and any monthly costs itemised. Nothing starts until you approve it.
